How to talk to us about your site.
If
you have an initial classification request, please 'redefine' your site
from within Scandoo, and state that you are the owner in the optional
details form.
General enquiries can be sent to support@scandoo.com
Ideas or feedback on the service generally should be sent to feedback@scandoo.com
If your query is more detailed we may ask you as a part of our
procedure to validate yourself through our authentication procedure.
Owner Verification Procedure
Given
that anyone could pretend to be the site owner, we've put in place a
procedure that can help us validate your claim to a web site.
- We
need to have proof that you are in fact party to owning the site in
question. Once this has been established we can then engage further.
Currently our procedure is as follows:
- An initial contact e-mail should be sent to support@scandoo.com from the e-mail address that is publicly available from a whois search on the owner of that domain name
This should contain:
- the domain name of the site concerned
- your name
- your position within that organization
- Scandoo will generate a confirmation request e-mail that needs to be replied to
- Once
a confirmation e-mail has been sent and received, a case number will be
generated. You should reply to this e-mail keeping the case number
intact for the rest of our communications about your site
This procedure is subject to change from time to time, and re-verification may be required.
