We do not explicitly collect any personally identifying information, we won't sell, rent or pass on any information that could be linked to your use, except if we have to comply with requests from legal authorities.

For Scandoo to provide you with security and content information about the pages you visit, our system has to visit them, and download them to our servers to scan them. Inevitably some information is collected, but we keep this to the bare minimum, and do not directly link it to anything that could personally identify you. We also go to great lengths to ensure that any information that is stored is secure and anonymized.

Our principal reason for keeping this information is to make our service better.

To work with your preferred search engine we have to modify some of the cookies so that results can be analyzed by Scandoo. We also will put a cookie on your system so your security preferences can be implemented.
